Setting Daily/Weekly Spending Limits

We provide a Deposit Limit feature that allows you to set a limit on the amount of money you can deposit into your account daily or weekly. You can decrease these limits at any time, but any increase will only take effect 24 hours after the request. To change your deposit limits, click on “my account” and then on the “details” tab.

Keeping track of your transactions

You can easily access a full history of transactions, withdrawals, and deposits through the “My Account” section. Your balance is always available in “My Account” and on the Bongobongo home page. You can view your transaction history online for the current and previous year. For older transactions, please contact Customer Services.

  • Have you ever lied about the amount of money or time you spend gambling?
  • Have others ever criticized your gambling?
  • Have you lost interest in your family, friends, or hobbies?
  • After losing, do you feel compelled to win back your losses as soon as possible?
  • Do arguments, frustrations, or disappointments make you want to gamble?
  • Do you feel depressed or even suicidal because of your gambling?

The more you answer “yes” to these questions, the more likely it is that you have a serious gambling problem.

Self Exclusion

Self Exclusion is a service we offer to assist customers who feel their gambling is out of control and need help to stop. By entering a self-exclusion agreement with Bongobongo, you will be unable to use your account for a period you choose, ranging from 6 months to 5 years.
