General Rules

1.1. Betting Age Limit: Betting is strictly prohibited for individuals under the age of 18. If there is any uncertainty regarding a customer’s age, we will request a photo ID as proof of age.
1.2. Time of Acceptance of Bets: Bets are accepted only on matches for which odds (also referred to as Market Prices) are listed on the website. All bets must be placed before the advertised kick-off time. If a bet is inadvertently accepted after this time, it will be void. In case of a dispute regarding the time a bet was placed, the recorded time on the website will be used to resolve the issue.
1.3. Bet Confirmation: At kick-off, any unconfirmed bets will be automatically canceled. Only bets that have been confirmed and for which the stake has been deducted from your account will be accepted. Therefore, after placing a bet, please confirm it and wait for the confirmation message on the screen. Additionally, cross-verify your account to ensure the bet has been accepted.
1.4. Odds Fluctuations: All odds on games are subject to change based on market dynamics. You might see a certain odd for a team while viewing, but the odd might be different when you place your bet. This occurs because we operate in an international market where prices are continuously updated to reflect the true picture of the game. However, if you placed a bet before the odds changed, your return will be based on the original odds.
1.5. Customer Responsibility: Customers are responsible for familiarizing themselves with all market rules affecting any market on which they wish to place a bet. In the event of a dispute, we reserve the right to make decisions regarding the settlement of bets based on our rules and regulations.

2. Market Prices
(Also referred to as Odds)
The house will provide games along with the odds for each possible outcome of as many games as it can.
2.1. If the outcome of a market cannot be officially verified, we reserve the right to postpone settlement until official confirmation. In cases where markets were offered after the outcome was already known, we reserve the right to cancel any bets.
2.2. If a match is flagged by our Fraud Detection System for suspicion of manipulation, we reserve the right to cancel any related markets.
2.3. If there are any clearly incorrect displayed or calculated prices, we reserve the right to cancel bets.
2.4. If markets are settled incorrectly, we reserve the right to rectify them at any time.
3. Accumulators
(Also referred to as Multiples)
Players can combine events for higher potential returns. For example, if we offer odds of 2.5 for Arsenal to beat Chelsea in one match and odds of 2.0 for Manchester United to beat Liverpool in another match, the player can combine these matches. If they bet on Arsenal and Manchester United together, their odds are multiplied. In this case, their odds would be 2.5 multiplied by 2.0, resulting in 5.0. So, if a customer bets 1,000 UGX or USD, their expected returns would be 5,000 UGX or USD. However, if they lose one of the matches, the entire accumulator is lost. There is no limit to the number of matches a customer can combine in an accumulator bet.
4. Match Cancellation
General Rule for all sports: If an event is cancelled and one team or player is awarded a win by walkover, the event will be considered void, regardless of any score awarded for the walkover.
When a match is cancelled or postponed, the odds for that specific match become 1. For instance, if a player bets 1,000 UGX or USD on such a match, they will receive their original stake of 1,000 UGX or USD back. In accumulators, calculations proceed with the remaining matches, and winnings are settled accordingly.
4.1. If a match is abandoned and will restart from the first minute, it is cancelled, and a new match ID will be assigned.
4.2. If a match is abandoned but will resume later, the original match ID remains unchanged.
4.3. If a match is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, only the date will be adjusted, while the match ID remains the same.
4.4. If a match is postponed and rescheduled beyond 48 hours, the original match is cancelled, and a new match ID will be issued.
5. Duration
All match markets are settled based on the result at the end of the scheduled 90 minutes of play, including any additional injury or stoppage time. This does not include extra-time, time allocated for penalty shootouts, or golden goals. The only exception to this rule applies to friendly matches, where all match markets are settled based on the actual result when the game concludes, excluding any extra-time, regardless of whether the full 90 minutes are completed.
Rights
6.1. We reserve the right to decline bets from clients who do not agree to our rules.
6.2. Bets may be voided if a market remains open after certain events have occurred, such as goals, red or yellow-red cards, and penalties.
6.3. Bets may be voided if a market was opened with a missing or incorrect red card.
6.4. Bets may be voided if odds were offered with an incorrect match time (more than 5 minutes).
6.5. Bets may be voided if an incorrect score was entered; all affected markets will be cancelled for the period during which the incorrect score was displayed.
6.6. We reserve the right to set maximum bet limits for individual events and to adjust these limits for specific persons without prior explanation.
7. Minimum and Maximum
(Stakes, Winnings, Ticket Size)
We reserve the right to set maximum betting limits for individual events and to adjust these limits, including raising or lowering them for specific persons, without providing explanations.\
7.2. Maximum Winnings: The maximum winnings per user per 24-hour period shall be 130,000,000 UGX (including stake). Any winnings exceeding 130,000,000 UGX (excluding stake) will be capped at 130,000,000 UGX for all bets across different slips. Additionally, the maximum winnings per individual bet slip shall also be 130,000,000 UGX (including stake).
7.3. Minimum Ticket Size: The minimum ticket size is 1 game selection.
7.4. Maximum Ticket Size: The maximum ticket size is 45 selections.
8. Withdraw Calculation
8.1. For Single Bets:
The winning amount equals the stake multiplied by the odds. For example, if you bet 1,000 Uganda Shillings (UGX) on Liverpool to win at odds of 2.3, your winning amount will be:
Winning Amount =1,000 x 2.3=2,300 UGX
8.2. For Accumulators or Multiple Bets:
The winning amount equals your stake multiplied by the odds of each selection in your ticket, from the 1st selection to the last.
Winning Amount=2,000×2.5×4.2×1.5×1.8×1.2×3.2=217,728 (Uganda Shillings)
9. Deposits
9.1. Customers are responsible for ensuring deposits are made through the channels available on our websites.
9.2. Customers must provide accurate information when completing transaction details.
9.3. Deposits are accepted exclusively through the MTN Uganda or Airtel Uganda mobile money networks and may involve an intermediate payment aggregator. To make a deposit, log into your betting account and select the Deposits menu option to complete the payment using one of our designated payment aggregators.
9.4. The minimum deposit amount is 1,000 UGX.
10. Withdrawals
10.1. All winnings will be automatically credited to your online betting account.
10.2. To withdraw funds from your online betting account, you need to submit a withdrawal request.
10.3. To initiate a withdrawal request, click on the “Withdraw” menu button and specify the withdrawal amount and the mobile money account where you want the funds deposited.
10.4. Withdrawals will only be processed to the primary mobile phone number registered with your online betting account.
10.5. The minimum withdrawal amount is 1,000 UGX.
